Society on Rent is a real estate platform which is being run by SRPM Management and services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. Our platform enables you to find or rent a society house/flat without the hassle of brokerage charges. After all, brokerage charges have been included in deal prices and whether we admit or not, it is something that should have stopped a long time ago. Based on a new concept that allows the tenants to easily find their dream places to stay at, our portal eases up the renting process for the convenience of both the involved parties.

So, do you still remember how excited you used to be to get back home after school or leaving the office? We at Society on Rent started this venture with the belief that brokerage costs need to be bypassed when it comes to individuals looking for a home to stay and build dreams. The information asymmetry that has existed in the market for quite a long time has resulted in individuals like us paying up unnecessary brokerage charges. Our platform discourages brokerage charge and lists the information totally free of cost, which otherwise used to cost around a month or two's rent.
