Refund policy

 Return policy

If you are not satisfied with the course, you have the liberty to cancel the course and request a refund from us. 

Specific clauses and restrictions were there for credit refunds. Therefore, our Policy for the cancellation and refund is as follows:

 At any point, write to skills.tech@skillstech.org to claim a refund. Once processed, the money will be returned to your original payment mode within 3-5 business days. 

 

Additional reasons why your refund denied

 

Skills Tech reserve all the rights, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny return requests in situations where we believe there is refund violation, including but are not limited to the following:

 

  • A student for the same course has requested multiple refunds.
  • A student has requested excessive refunds.
  • Users who have their account proclaimed, banned, or course access impaired due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines. 
  • A significant portion of the courses that has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the requested refund.

All these refunds restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
